Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- sifted flour - 5 c
- Crisco - 1 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- sweet milk - 1/2 c
How to make hot rolls:
Dissolve 2 teaspoons of warm water with yeast and add to all other ingredients. Then work it into a large ball. Grease slightly. Cover in bowl. Refrigerate and use in small or large quantities the next day. Make into rolls and sit about 1 hour before baking.
