  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 7 c
  • water - 1 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • buttermilk - 2 c
  • baking powder - 3 Tbsp
  • Crisco - 3/4 c
  • dry yeast - 1 1

How to make sourdough biscuits:

Mix ingredients, blend well and cover tightly to store in refrigerator. Roll out required amount needed. Cut and bake at 450° for 12 minutes. It is not necessary to let rise. Dough will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
