Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 4 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- melted butter - 1 c
- warm water - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
- scalded milk - 2 c
- instant nonfat dry milk - 1 c
- 5 lb - 20 c
How to make hot rolls:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together to distribute evenly. Put in airtight container. May be stored up to 6 to 8 months. Makes about 22 cups of Hot Roll Mix.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Rolls/biscuits.
