Hot pepper mustard
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 Tbsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar
- vinegar - 1 pt
- mustard - 1 pt
- medium onions - 2 item
- peck medium semi-hot yellow peppers - 1 item
How to make hot pepper mustard:
Cut tops off peppers. Grind or process, seeds and all. Process onions enough to chop.Place all ingredients in large pot. Simmer until soft, stirring often. Bring mixture to boil for 3 minutes.
Wash and scald jars and lids. Fill with mixture and seal. Lids should pop in 15 minutes.
