Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3 Tbsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 3 lb
- water - 1 c
- mustard - 1 qt
- white vinegar - 1 qt
- peck hot peppers, ground - 1 item
How to make hot pepper butter:
Mix brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and hot peppers in a pot. Cook until mixtures comes to a boil. Mix flour and water together as if making gravy. Add to pepper mixture; simmer for 20 minutes. Pour in hot jars and seal with hot lids and rings.Recipe categories: American, Vegetables, Peppers.
