Hot pepper butter

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 3 Tbsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 3 lb
• water - 1 c
• mustard - 1 qt
• white vinegar - 1 qt
• peck hot peppers, ground - 1 item

How to make hot pepper butter:

Mix brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and hot peppers in a pot. Cook until mixtures comes to a boil. Mix flour and water together as if making gravy. Add to pepper mixture; simmer for 20 minutes. Pour in hot jars and seal with hot lids and rings.
