Hot olive cheese puffs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- soft butter - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- green olives stuffed with pimento - 25 item
How to make hot olive cheese puffs:
Blend cheese with butter. Add flour, salt and paprika. Mix well. Dry olives. Wrap a spoonful of dough around each olive and seal well. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. You can freeze unbaked cheese puffs on a cookie sheet, then store them in the freezer in a plastic bag.This recipe was taken from the Usenet Cookbook, an electronic "book" available on the Internet computer network.
