- sugar - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- Combine milk and oleo and let boil
- cream - 6 Tbsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- box coconut - 1 item
How to make hot milk cake:
Combine eggs, flour, sugar and baking powder. Combine milk and oleo and let boil. Pour over egg mixture. Add vanilla. Bake at 350° about 1 hour (sheet cake).Topping:10 Tbsp. brown sugar6 Tbsp. cream6 Tbsp. butter1 box coconut Mix. Spread on cake.
