  • milk - 1 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • Combine milk and oleo and let boil
  • cream - 6 Tbsp
  • butter - 6 Tbsp
  • box coconut - 1 item

How to make hot milk cake:

Combine eggs, flour, sugar and baking powder. Combine milk and oleo and let boil. Pour over egg mixture. Add vanilla. Bake at 350° about 1 hour (sheet cake).Topping:10 Tbsp. brown sugar6 Tbsp. cream6 Tbsp. butter1 box coconut Mix. Spread on cake. Put under broiler until brown.
