Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
How to make funnel cakes:
Mix eggs and milk in bowl. Sift flour, salt and baking powder in bowl. Add eggs and milk. Mix until smooth. Heat oil to 350°. Pour 1/2 cup batter into funnel and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 30 mins.
