Ingredients/Components
- crunchy peanut butter - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- melted oleo or butter - 2 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- dark brown corn syrup - 1 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
How to make peanut butter pie:
Mix the peanut butter with vanilla and salt. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Combine mixtures thoroughly. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 450°, then turn down to 325° for 35 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
