Ingredients/Components

  • tsp salt - 1/4 item
  • cup sugar - 1 item
  • tsp vanilla - 1 item
  • cup whipping cream - 1/2 item
  • Tbsp butter or margarine - 3 item
  • cup cocoa - 1/2 item
  • cup light Karo syrup - 1 item

How to make hot fudge sauce:

Mix all ingredients except vanilla in saucepan. Bring to boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat and add vanilla; stir. Serve over ice cream.
