Ingredients/Components
- mustard - 1 tsp
- green onions, chopped - 2 item
- smoked sausage - 1 lb
- slices cheese - 4 item
- jumbo hot dogs - 1 lb
- to 6 servings prepared mashed potatoes - 4 item
How to make hot dog casserole:
Cut sausage in 6 to 8 pieces. Slice almost in half, longways, and brown in skillet. Mix onions and mustard in prepared mashed potatoes. Put potatoes on sausage or hot dogs; top with 1/2 slice cheese. Bake in a 350° oven until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
