Hot curried fruit



  • butter, softened - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • curry powder - 1 tsp
  • can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 item
  • can peach halves, drained - 1 item
  • can apricots, drained - 1 item
  • can pears, drained - 1 item

How to make hot curried fruit:

Mix the fruit together and place in casserole. Mix softened butter with brown sugar and curry. Spread over fruits. Bake 1 hour at 325°. Cool in refrigerator overnight or all day.

Before serving, bake 1/2 hour at 350°. Serve hot. Serves 10.
