Ingredients/Components
- large cantaloupe - 1 item
- can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 oz
- to 4 fresh peaches, sliced - 3 item
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- can mandarin oranges undrained - 1 oz
- sugar - 1/4 c
How to make fruit cup:
Peel cantaloupe and cut into chunks. Combine with remaining ingredients. Chill. Will keep in refrigerator 4 to 5 days. Yields about 6 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Low fat.
