Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- finely shredded cabbage - 3 c
How to make skillet cabbage:
Heat oil in large frypan, about 20 minutes before serving time. Add ingredients. Cook over medium to low heat about 15 minutes; stir often. Cover pan during last 5 minutes of cooking time; stir once or twice. Serve immediately, will be crisp.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
