Skillet cabbage



  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • finely shredded cabbage - 3 c

How to make skillet cabbage:

Heat oil in large frypan, about 20 minutes before serving time. Add ingredients. Cook over medium to low heat about 15 minutes; stir often. Cover pan during last 5 minutes of cooking time; stir once or twice. Serve immediately, will be crisp.
