Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- curry powder - 2 tsp
- can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 lb
- can pear halves, drained - 1 lb
- can peach slices, drained - 1 lb
- can apricots or more peaches, drained - 1 item
- small jar whole cherries, drained - 1 item
How to make curried fruit:
Arrange fruit in dish; save 2 cups juice. Cook juice, brown sugar, butter, cornstarch, curry powder and salt until thick. Stir constantly. Pour on top of arranged fruit. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
