Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 item
- light brown sugar - 3/4 c
- curry powder - 3 tsp
- can pineapple chunks - 1 item
- can sliced peaches - 1 item
- can apricot halves - 1 item
- can pears - 1 item
- cherries for color - 1 item
How to make hot curried fruit:
Drain fruit. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle sugar and curry powder and dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Side dish.
