- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- curry powder
- bananas, sliced - 3 item
- can peaches, drained - 1 item
- Topping:1 stick butter
- can pears, drained - 1 item
- can pineapple bits, drained - 1 item
How to make hot curried fruit:
Topping:1 stick butter3/4 c. brown sugar1 1/2 tsp. curry powder Place fruit in bottom of buttered casserole dish. Melt butter; add rest of ingredients. Stir together; then pour over fruit. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Side dish.
