Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- tomato sauce - 1 c
- green pepper, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- crab meat, shredded - 1 c
- grated shredded cheese - 1 c
How to make hot crab dip:
Cook green pepper in butter for 5 minutes. Blend in flour. Add next 3 ingredients. Add tomato sauce, cheese and egg. Cook 5 minutes more. Add milk and crab meat. Serve as a dip, on toast, or in patty shells.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
