  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • chicken - 4 c
  • Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/3 lb
  • chopped celery use less if you wish - 2/3 c
  • lemon juice ReaLemon works fine - 2 Tbsp

How to make hot chicken sandwiches:

Mix together and spread on buns. Bake at 275° for about 25 minutes. Sandwiches can be individually wrapped in foil and frozen. In this case, let them thaw before baking.
