Hot chicken sandwich
Ingredients/Components
- to 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed - 3 item
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- black olives, sliced - 1/2 c
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- mayo - 1/2 c
- Pepperidge Farm bread, trim crusts - 1 item
- sour cream
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
How to make hot chicken sandwich:
Sauce:1 c. sour cream1 can cream of chicken soup Mix chicken salad. Butter bread and layer in shallow baking dish, buttered side down. Spoon chicken salad on bread. Another layer of bread slices on top, buttered side up. Spread sauce on top. Sprinkle with paprika and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Sandwich.
