Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- minced onions - 2 Tbsp
- crushed potato chips - 3 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1/2 c
- pimiento - 2 Tbsp
- grated sharp cheese - 3/4 c
- cooked chicken, cut up - 2 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients together except almonds, cheese and potato chips. Gently pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Stir in gently cheese and almonds. Top with chips. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve in pastry cups.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
