Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 1 c
- celery - 1 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
- cornflake crumbs - 1 c
- butter melted - 1/4 lb
- cooked chicken, cut in bite-size pieces - 2 to
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin - 1 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Spread this mixture over top of casserole. Bake 35 minutes at 350°. Can be made 1 day ahead and refrigerated.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
