Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 tsp
- crushed corn flakes
- small can water chestnuts - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- cooked rice
- boiled eggs - 3 item
- celery - 1 c
- pimento - 1/4 c
- chicken, diced
- medium can mushrooms - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix together first 12 ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Melt butter; pour over crushed corn flakes. Add almonds. Return to oven to brown. This recipe may be frozen.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
