Ingredients/Components
- sliced almonds - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- potato chips, crushed - 1 c
- sliced water chestnuts - 1 c
- cooked, diced chicken breasts - 2 c
- mayonnaise Best Foods - 1 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients; put in Pyrex dish. Top with potato chips, crushed. Bake in a 425° oven for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
