  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • Ritz crackers - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 4 oz
  • green onion slices - 2 Tbsp
  • bacon slices - 8 item
  • pita or bagel chips - 1 item

How to make hot bacon and swiss dip:

Microwave cream cheese for 30 seconds. Mix with mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and onion. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Cook bacon until crisp; crumble along with the crackers and sprinkle on top. Microwave on High for 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Use pita or bagel chips to dip.
