Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- Ritz crackers - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 4 oz
- green onion slices - 2 Tbsp
- bacon slices - 8 item
- pita or bagel chips - 1 item
How to make hot bacon and swiss dip:
Microwave cream cheese for 30 seconds. Mix with mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and onion. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Cook bacon until crisp; crumble along with the crackers and sprinkle on top.
