  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 1/3 c
  • flaked coconut - 1/2 c
  • vegetable oil - 1/3 c
  • honey - 1/4 c
  • oatmeal, uncooked - 4 c
  • slivered almonds - 1 c
  • wheat germ - 1/2 c

How to make honey almond granola:

Heat oats in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan in a preheated 350° oven for 10 minutes. Combine oats, sugar, wheat germ, coconut and almonds. Stir until well mixed. Add oil, honey and vanilla to dry mixture and stir well. Now, bake in pan, stirring eve
