Honey peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• baking powder
• shortening - 1/2 c
• all-purpose flour - 3 c
• eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
• creamy peanut butter - 1 c

How to make honey peanut butter cookies:

In a mixing bowl, mix shortening, peanut butter and honey. Add eggs; mix well.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to peanut butter mixture and mix well. Roll into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Yield: about 5 dozen.
