Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- water
- egg whites - 4 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- raisins - 2 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- Milnot - 1 c
- 10-inch baked pie crust - 1 item
How to make raisin cream pie:
Soak raisins in hot water 20 minutes and drain well; set aside. Combine flour, sugar, salt and egg whites in medium saucepan. Mix well. Gradually add milk and water. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add margarine, vanilla and raisins. Cool and pour into a baked pie crust.
