  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • water
  • egg whites - 4 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • raisins - 2 c
  • margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • Milnot - 1 c
  • 10-inch baked pie crust - 1 item

How to make raisin cream pie:

Soak raisins in hot water 20 minutes and drain well; set aside. Combine flour, sugar, salt and egg whites in medium saucepan. Mix well. Gradually add milk and water. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add margarine, vanilla and raisins. Cool and pour into a baked pie crust. Cover with meringue or Cool Whip if desired.
