Super chocolate chip cookies

sugar - 1/4 c
vanilla - 1 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
flour
brown sugar - 1/3 c
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
egg - 1 item
margarine, softened - 1/2 c
semi-sweet chocolate morsels - 3/4 c
chopped pecans or walnuts - 1/2 c

How to make super chocolate chip cookies:

In a large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed, cream sugars and margarine until light. Beat in egg and vanilla. On low speed add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Fold in nuts and chocolate morsels.

Spread the dough on a greased 12 or 13-inch round pizza pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not overbake. Cool, then slice into wedges or bars.
