Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour
• soda - 3/4 tsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• shortening - 1/4 c
• peanut butter - 1/2 c
• honey - 1/2 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Heat oven to 375°. Combine shortening, peanut butter and sugar. Add honey and egg. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Mix well. Roll into balls about the size of marbles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2-inches apart. Flatten with fork dipped in flour. Bake for 10 minutes.
