Ingredients/Components
- honey - 1/2 c
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/2 c
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- fryers, cut up - 2 item
How to make honey chicken:
Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside. Remove skin from chicken; dip each piece of chicken in sauce and place in a large greased roasting pan. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
