Ingredients/Components
- Paprika - 1 item
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Mayonnaise - 5 c
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1/4 c
- Chopped Parsley - 1/4 c
- Diced, Cooked Chicken - 3 qts
- Hard-Cooked Eggs, diced - 12 item
- Finely Chopped Celery
- Chopped Sweet Pickles - 1/2 c
- Salad Greens - 1 item
- Toasted, Slivered, Blanched Almonds - 3/4 c
How to make chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients well, except the last three. Serve on greens with a sprinkling of nuts and paprika.Serves 25. Servings should be about 2/3 cup each
