  • baked CRUMBLE CRUST - 1 item
  • tofu - 2 lb
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • honey - 1 c
  • lemon juice
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp

How to make honey cheesecake:

Blend ingredients (except crust) until smooth and creamy. Pour this mixture into the baked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for one hour. Serve well-chilled and topped with fresh or frozen fruit. Serves 6 to 8.
