Marbled cheesecake bars
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- can Eagle Brand Milk - 14 oz
- cup 10x sugar - 1/2 item
- cup melted oleo - 1/2 item
- cups vanilla wafer crumbs, about 60 wafers - 2 item
- packages softened cream cheese
How to make marbled cheesecake bars:
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine crumbs, cocoa,sugar and oleo. Press firmly into bottom of 9x13 baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour half the batter evenly over the crust. Stir in melted chocolate into remaining batter. Spoon over vanilla batter. With table knife, swirl through batter to make marble effect.Bake at 300° 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
Cool and cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
