  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • oil
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • honey - 1/2 c
  • chopped apples - 3 c
  • In separate bowl sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt

How to make honey apple cake:

In mixing bowl cream eggs, oil, sugar and honey together. In separate bowl sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Combine the two mixtures. Add vanilla, apples and nuts. Spoon into large baking dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Topping:1 stick oleo1/4 c. milk1 c. brown sugar Heat oleo, milk and brown sugar in saucepan and boil 2 1/2 minutes to pour over hot cake. Serve with whipped cream.
