Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • honey - 1/3 c
  • lemon extract - 3/4 tsp
  • unbleached white flour - 1/4 c
  • granola pie crust - 1 item

How to make tofu cheesecake:

Have ready 1 granola pie crust. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Place half of the mixture in a blender and whiz until very smooth. Empty blender into crust. Repeat with other half. Smooth out the top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Chill thoroughly and serve. Top with your favorite topping or fresh fruit, if desired.
