Ingredients/Components
- vanilla
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 1/3 c
- lemon extract - 3/4 tsp
- unbleached white flour - 1/4 c
- granola pie crust - 1 item
How to make tofu cheesecake:
Have ready 1 granola pie crust. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Place half of the mixture in a blender and whiz until very smooth. Empty blender into crust. Repeat with other half. Smooth out the top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Chill thoroughly and serve. Top with your favorite topping or fresh fruit, if desired.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Soy/tofu.
