Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • honey - 1/3 c
  • white flour - 1/4 c
  • tofu, crumbled - 13 oz
  • 9-inch prepared crust - 1 item
  • lemon extract juice - 3/4 tsp

How to make tofu cheesecake:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place in blender; whiz until very smooth. Empty into pie crust. Smooth top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with fruit topping.
