Ingredients/Components
- vanilla
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 1/3 c
- white flour - 1/4 c
- tofu, crumbled - 13 oz
- 9-inch prepared crust - 1 item
- lemon extract juice - 3/4 tsp
How to make tofu cheesecake:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place in blender; whiz until very smooth. Empty into pie crust. Smooth top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with fruit topping.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Soy/tofu.
