  • vanilla - 4 Tbsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • heavy cream - 4 c
  • ice - 1 item
  • rock salt - 1 item
  • ice cream maker - 1 item

How to make homemade vanilla ice cream:

Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually to eggs and continue to beat until mixture is very stiff. Add milk, heavy cream, vanilla and salt. Mix thoroughly. Pour into can and freeze as directed with ice cream maker.
