  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla - 2 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/2 gal
  • ice - 1 item
  • cans Pet milk - 2 item
  • rock salt - 1 item

How to make vanilla ice cream:

You will need 1 large bowl and a mixer.

Put eggs in bowl; mix with mixer. Add sugar and vanilla; mix well. Add the cans of milk and the 1/2 gallon of milk. Mix up and put into the ice cream freezer. Makes 1 1/2 gallons of ice cream. Put ice around freezer and rock salt; takes about 45 minutes.
