Homemade salsa
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- vinegar
- chopped onion - 1 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- green peppers - 2 c
- large tomatoes, peeled and cored, chopped into small pieces - 6 item
- hot chili peppers jalapeno - 1 c
- cayenne pepper if you want it hot - 1 tsp
How to make homemade salsa:
Combine all ingredients in pan and cook for 20 minutes after it comes to a boil. Let cook, then refrigerate. Makes 1 1/2 quarts. Will keep in refrigerator for a few weeks.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sauces, Salsas.
