Homemade noodles
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- flour about - 1 c
How to make homemade noodles:
Combine the egg, milk and salt. Add enough flour to make stiff dough (about 1 cup). Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up loosely and slice 1/4-inch wide. Unroll. Spread out and let dry 2 hours. Drop into boiling soup or boilRecipe categories: Pasta, German, Pasta, rice and grains.
