Blueberry cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 1/2
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder
- beaten egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 4 tsp
- blueberries - 3 c
- lemon peel - 1 tsp
- Cobbler Topping - 1 item
- Cook and stir over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened
- each: cinnamon and salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make blueberry cobbler:
Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan; add blueberries, lemon juice, lemon peel, cinnamon and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened. Place in 4-cup baking dish. Spoon Cobbler Topping over fruit mixture. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
