- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- water - 6 Tbsp
How to make noodles:
Stir sufficient flour into slightly beaten eggs and water to make a stiff dough. Knead thoroughly. Divide into two portions and roll out as thin as possible. Cover with a cloth and leave until partly dry. Then roll and cut in 1/2-inch strips. Part of the dough may be cut very fine to be used as topping on the cooked noodles. Boil noodles in salt water until tender. Drain. Brown 1/2 cup finely cut noodles in butter and pour over the cooked noodles before serving.Recipe categories: Healthy, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
