- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- pecans
- egg white - 1 item
How to make holiday pecans:
Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon water; coat pecans with mixture. Mix sugar with cinnamon and salt. Coat pecans and stir. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes, then stir. Decrease temperature to 250° and bake additional 30 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Salads, Winter.
