- milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- catsup
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- soda crackers, crushed - 16 item
How to make no-fuss meatballs:
Sauce:3/4 c. catsup1/4 c. brown sugar1/2 c. vinegar Mix beef, onion, crackers, milk, salt and pepper. Roll into small balls. Arrange in single layer in baking dish. Mix sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Weeknight, Main dish.
