butter, melted - 6 Tbsp
plus 2 Tbsp - 3/4 c
plus 2 tsp - 1 Tbsp
grated lemon peel - 2 tsp
ground pecans - 1 c
lemon peel, grated - 1 tsp
coffee-flavored liqueur - 1 tsp

How to make lemon dream cheesecake:

Lemon Glaze:1/2 c. sugar1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch1/4 tsp. salt1/3 c. lemon juice1 egg1 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. lemon peel, grated Topping:2 c. sour cream3 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. coffee-flavored liqueur Preheat oven to 350°. Combine crumbs, pecans, butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon coffee-flavored liqueur. Press mixture onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake 5 minutes.

Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until creamy. Add the remaining 3/4 cup of sugar, mixing until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in the remaining 2 teaspoons of coffee-flavored liqueur, lemon juice, lemon peel and vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake 35 minutes. Remove cheesecake from oven. Carefully spoon topping over cheesecake. Return cheesecake to oven. Continue baking 12 minutes or until set. Cool 30 minutes. (Meanwhile, prepare Lemon Glaze.) Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim of pan. Top cooled cheesecake with cool Lemon Glaze. Refrigerate. Garnish as desired.

Topping: Combine the sour cream, sugar, vanilla and coffee-flavored liqueur, mixing until well blended.

Lemon Glaze: Combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Add combined water, lemon juice and beaten egg yolk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture starts to boil and is thickened. Stir in 1 tablespoon of butter and grated lemon peel.
