Second Layer:1 1/2 c. Cool Whip1 c. confectioners sugar8 oz. pkg. cream cheese Third Layer:1 large and 1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding4 c. cold milk First Layer: Combine the 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350°
