Holiday cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs
• sugar - 2 Tbsp
• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• sour cream - 1 item
• melted butter - 6 Tbsp
• cream cheese, softened - 24 oz

How to make holiday cheesecake:

Combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and melted butter in bowl; mix well. Press into a spring-form pan.

Combine the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in mixer bowl; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; mix well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

Mix the sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in mixing bowl; beat well. Spread over cheesecake. Bake at 500° for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
