  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 item
  • ground beef lean - 1 item
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • large green pepper, diced - 1 item
  • large potatoes, sliced thinly - 3 item

How to make hobo casserole:

Spray casserole dish lightly with Pam. Layer potatoes, onions, peppers and cheese. Add a layer of ground beef and cream of mushroom soup. Continue to layer ingredients until they are gone. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
