Ingredients/Components
- minced fresh chives - 2 Tbsp
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- tarragon - 1 Tbsp
- unsalted butter, softened
- Dijon style mustard - 1 tsp
How to make herb butter:
In a small bowl, cream together the butter, the chives, the parsley, tarragon, mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Let the butter stand, covered, in a cool place for 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, American.
